Liked the queen room I had with good internet as well as fast hot water. Stunning and convenient location close to Elephant. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 5 minutes walk away. Quick check-in was a bonus. Stayed here for 11 nights and did not want to leave there.

Very good value for money considering prices in Houston. The staff was appalling and the pool area was clean. They made my stay brilliant. The room was magnificent and original with an unbelievable view. There was spacious rooftop restaurant with fine meals.
Wi-Fi was awful.

Liked that the hotel was modern, comfortable decor in the rooms. The staff was willing to help and provided us with a complimentary breakfast. Our room had a nice bed and a magnificent view. Tidy venue, great service. Complimentary drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise. The location was super, in a downtown area.

The room was amazingly comfortable, and the staff was really very considerate, the beds were soft. The room was spacious. Breakfast was hot with lots of food! Central location, near Houston Arboretum and Nature Center.
